We offer free standard shipping for all orders.
Standard delivery time
Within Asia : 5-10 business days
Outside Asia : 6-15 business days
Track your package
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order to confirm it. If you have not received an email within 15 minutes, please check your spam email or contact our customer service team at customerservice@theyknownyc.com.
- We are not responsible for packages not received due to an incorrect shipping address. Items undelivered due to inaccurate shipping address will be reissued and will incur a reshipping fee. We will deduct the shipping cost if you do not pick up our package and the package shipped back to us.
- We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or other fees that may be assessed on international shipments depending on your country's customs policies.
- Please note that we are not guarantee the Estimated shipping for uncontrollable factors (for instance,COVID-19, Local postal handling time, weather condition and custom clearance, etc)
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days from the date you received your order.
Please email us at customerservice@theyknownyc.com with your order number in the email’s subject line if you want to return an item.
- The returned item(s) must be in unused condition, with their original packaging intact to be eligible for return. Item(s) returned without prior notification and original packaging will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a claim or a fault of ours. Please use a trackable shipping service and purchase a shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive the returned item(s) otherwise.
- Final sale items may not be returned.
- We are not responsible for THEYKNOW items purchased from other retailers.
Exchange
Unfortunately we currently do not accept any exchange. Please return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item after the returned item(s) is accepted.
Refund
Once the returned product has been quality checked and approved, a confirmation email will be sent to you and we will issue a refund to the original method of payment.
